What do you think?

My cousin is getting married in a couple of weeks and we all are helping her with the details ..so we are trying to put together the centerpieces but we hit a snafoo...my sister hate silk flowers and my cousin is on a budget ...plus the centerpieces were gifts from her aunt...so basically it was FREE...which is important for a wedding on a budget...so my sister persisted that we get real flowers since there is a shortage on centerpieces....I have to get your opinion does the centerpieces look that bad...it was going on a table sitting ten people which is a huge table...and we are working with her color theme which is purple and silver...
(Oh by the way the vase is filled with sand and marbles and the raffae is at the opening of the vase...I don't know why we filled it with sand but the marble is a nice touch atleast in my opinion.)

The other issue is that my cousin doesn't want to totally omit the flowers since her aunt will be there....I don't know but your input would be very helpful...

It's hard for me to say without seeing the grande scheme of things but I'm going to say no. I don't like the silk flowers deal at weddings. I know there's a budget but try to work out something to avoid those flowers. They scream cheap dollar store to me. I have no ideas on getting something reasonably priced although I had this conversation about flowers last year around this time when helping a friend with wedding ideas.

Those flowers look decent. But under intense scrutiny someone can tell, you didn't break the bank, I would try to use those flowers to decorate a place a little less public, and work with the beauty that can come from it.

I'm glad to have helped. Seeing the pix again the blue is what I don't like. If that's not a central part of the decor of the wedding I would nix those for sure if you want to go ahead with these. I remember my mom had the same colors in a vase with the same colors back in the 80's...I think the vase is in one her bathrooms now getting the side eye from me every time I see it.

As for the bloating, I'll be sure to update on any improvements I can make for the situation although that will be bleak seeing that 90 degree weather is around the corner.

You might be able to have the flowers somewhere else, but not as the centerpiece. Just not going to work, I'm afraid.
